General

QW series submersible sewage pump adopts the foreign advanced technology, use two patent technology of cutting tear and buffer seal which invented by Dr. Zhu of Jiangsu university. The products have the advantages of compact structure, high efficiency, wide high efficiency range, anti-winding, no clogging, automatic coupling, high reliability, automatic protection and automatic control etc. They have unique functions in pumping solid particles and long fiber waste.

Structural feature

1. Cable Outlet

Cable wire adopts special structure to prevent water leakage, electricity leakage, short circuit, stator coil burned caused by human pulling, cable jacket crushing, cable aging accidental factors, effectively reduces the failure probability of the water leakage.

2. Protection system

Considering the accidents may happen during starting and running, built-in internally a number of alarm sensors including for connection chamber leakage, motor chamber leakage, oil chamber leakage, bearing and motor coil temperature rise.

3. Auxiliary blade

Structure with auxiliary blade used to balance external pressure of mechanical seal to preventing water into the oil chamber and prolonging the pump’s service life.

4. Open circulation cooling system  

The submersible pump with motor power is above 22kw and above applies self-circulating cooling system to ensure the machine still run continuously when the motor goes out of the water.

5. Sealing system

Application of patent structure, using three sets of mechanical seal inner the pump, increase the buffer room. Greatly increases the sealing reliability and ensure the reliability.

6. Advanced hydraulic element

To design the hydraulic components by international advanced Ansys-CFX software, greatly improved the hydraulic performance of pump and pump efficiency reached the international advanced level.

3. Closed circulation cooling system

Cooling the motor with cooling liquid. Interior circulation impeller makes cooling water to circulate in the cooling chamber of external chamber of oil chamber and external chamber of motor shell to get best cooling effect.

4. Special cutting structure

To pump the liquid contains more fibers, we equip cutting tearing device at inlet to ensure pump without being blocked or stuck.

The footing sustain the sewage pump, it can work when connect outlet pipe. This way is mainly used in emergency or maintenance construction needs

Sewage pump is suitable for the use of long-term fixed occasions, with quick installation , convenient testing and maintenance, etc. The system uses special pedestal, fixed on the bottom of the sump, connects to outlet pipe, installed a complete set bearing block on top of the pool, make them two are linked together by the guide rod, water pump connect with a specific bracket, goes down to the pedestal along the guide rod and automatically coupled, sealed, and automatically take when it rises.
